Rodney N. Sargent
Chief Executive Officer and President of the Companies Rodney’s experience includes executive management with several national insurers, including executive roles with Seattle-based Safeco as Corporate Marketing Officer and Corporate E-Commerce Officer. Mr. Sargent was also the Vice President of Marketing for the Property & Casualty Companies of United Services Automobile Association (USAA). Prior to joining BancInsure, Mr. Sargent was Corporate Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Argonaut Group. Rodney Sargent is a graduate of Portland State University and Seattle University's Executive Leadership Program at the Albers Graduate School of Business.

Gary D. Lund
President, Matterhorn Financial Services Gary has over 30 years of experience in the credit-related insurance industry. He began his career in the Underwriting and Regulatory Compliance areas of The Central National Insurance Company of Omaha in Omaha, NE, and has since held a number of management and executive positions in operations, administration and marketing with both insurance companies and managing general agencies specializing in loan-related insurance products and services. Mr. Lund graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1971 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree, majoring in marketing. He holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation and the Insurance Institute of America’s Certificate in General Insurance, and is a past President of the Omaha Underwriters Association.

James N. (Jim) Cross
Vice President, Claims Jim joined BancInsure in 1998. Prior to joining the company, he held claims leadership positions with the USF&G and St. Paul Insurance companies in branch, regional and home offices. He holds a B.A degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and is a Casualty Claim Law Associate.

Rudy L. Erb
Vice President and Chief Information Officer Rudy joined the company with over 12 years technology leadership experience in insurance, financial services, and banking. Most recently, Mr. Erb was Vice President of Retail Banking Support overseeing the Payment Technology, Internet Project Management, Leadership Development, and Budget Administration & Vendor Management functions for World Savings. Prior to World Savings, Mr. Erb worked for several national insurers leading marketing analysis, e-commerce development, and IT support departments. Rudy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Idaho’s College of Business and Economics.

William H. (Bill) Funk
Vice President, Marketing Bill has served in senior management roles in both the Sales and Marketing divisions of BancInsure. Prior to joining the company in 1998, he held several leadership positions with national and regional carriers in the Midwest. Mr. Funk's background includes extensive experience in marketing, sales, association / affinity group programs, underwriting and the management of captive and independent agents. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa College of Business and a Certified Insurance Counselor designation.

Mark A. Krienke
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer Mark’s background includes extensive experience in business technology, accounting/finance, analysis, and leadership across a diverse range of industries including insurance, financial services and banking. Mark joined the company in 2008 as Director of Accounting and was promoted to Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer in 2009. Prior to joining BancInsure, Mr. Krienke served as the Director of Business Applications at Claimetrics (formerly Hallmark Management), where he implemented software applications and technology infrastructure. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Midwestern State University where he majored in Accounting and Business Management.

R. Bruce Livingston
Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer Mr. Livingston comes to BancInsure with 24 years of executive experience in underwriting leadership, program development, and operational oversight. Prior to BancInsure, Mr. Livingston led product management and development for Harleysville Insurance Company in Pennsylvania and was an officer of the company. He was a former Division President of Professional Underwriters Corporation (a subsidiary of Legion Management Corporation) where he served as Chief Executive Officer. Bruce started his career at Crum & Forster Commercial Insurance Company where he held a variety of roles.

A graduate of Texas Tech University, Bruce holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. He holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designations.

Lynette L. Parmley
Vice President, Human Resources Lynette accepted her role with BancInsure in 1996 and continues to provide Human Resource Management leadership and expertise to company operations. Prior to joining BancInsure, Ms. Parmley held the top Corporate HRM position for a wholly owned subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation and managed multiple corporate departments. She has more than 20 years leadership experience in this field. Ms. Parmley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation.

Lisa G. Bays
Vice President and General Counsel Lisa comes to BancInsure with over 17 years of experience, with 14 years dedicated to the insurance industry. Prior to joining BancInsure, Inc., Ms. Bays served as an Assistant Attorney General for Oklahoma and counsel for the Oklahoma Insurance Department and Mid-Continent Life Insurance Company. Ms. Bays is a graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law (Magna Cum Laude) with a Bachelors from the University of Oklahoma. She is admitted to The Oklahoma Supreme Court, All United States District Courts in Oklahoma (Eastern, Northern and Western Districts), United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth District and the United States Supreme Court.
